The charges on the three girls about actually taking the pictures and not spreading them is wrong in my opinion. The parents or legal guardian, not the government, should punish those girls.
It seems today that parents are being held less responsible for the actions of their children. We wouldn't have to worry about the government punishing the teenagers if the parents took more time to teach their children right from wrong. I understand that times are hard and there are a lot of single parents out there, but still it seems as though parents have forgotten that they are the in charge of their children. The parents are the ones responsible for teaching their children right from wrong not the government; therefore, if their children are taking "racy" or "provocative" photos of themselves, then they, as parents, should punish their children.
